Common Photo Rejection Reasons

Wrong background color. GOAPS requires a plain white background. Off-white, cream, light gray, and colored backgrounds get rejected. If your photo has a non-white background, retake it against a white wall or white sheet. Studio photos on blue or gray backgrounds will not pass.

Face coverage too low. Your face must cover 60-70% of the total photo area. Photos taken from far away, full-body shots, or images with too much background space will be rejected. Crop your photo so your head and shoulders fill most of the frame before uploading.

Glasses glare or reflection. Reflective eyeglasses cause white spots over your eyes, which can trigger rejection. If you wear glasses, tilt your head slightly or remove glasses for the photo. Contact lenses are fine.
